Thanks to the modularity of the elements, no modification on the existing elements is necessary if the storage capacity needs to be increased.
To respond to the many requirements of different types of worksites (clearances, dimensions, etc.), ORU offers an in-depth study to resolve a wide variety of problems: from the installation of the batching plant to the delivery of the concrete (distribution, etc.), plus the automation process and interfacing with other equipment and the provision of safety equipment in compliance with applicable regulations. Thanks to our BELTUP belt scales (patented system), no costly concrete work is required (no pillars or pits) and the loading point for the aggregates remains extremely low. The system for loading aggregates into the storage hoppers is designed according to site-specific needs. The main elements are hot dip galvanised. This treatment ensures total protection against corrosive agents in any environmental conditions, plus greater long-term resistance and durability of the product. The galvanised surfaces can be coated on request.
