KEH Series

Robust machine design for the production of high-strength chains over a long period of time.

Key Features

  • Robust machine design for the production of high-strength chains over a long period of time
  • Continuous welding of all chain links in one cycle (link by link)
  • Complete deburring of welding bead
  • KEH 4.2, KEH 5.2 and KEH 7.2 have a greater output because of individually adjustable rpm numbers for welding, deburring and transport
  • KEH 4.2, KEH 5.2 and KEH 7.2 have an upsetting system that is not connected with the control shaft
  • The upsetting process can be freely programmed at the monitor
  • There is no mechanical upsetting cam required

Description

KEH Series

The KEH Series consists of chain welding machines engineered for the resistance butt welding of bent round steel chains, ensuring high-strength chain production over extended periods. These machines perform continuous welding of each chain link in a single cycle, including complete deburring of welding burrs, resulting in high-quality chain links. The robust design and advanced welding current control systems contribute to their reliability and efficiency in chain manufacturing.

Available models in this range include:

  • KEH 3.2: Features a three-phase brake motor drive system.
  • KEH 4.2: Equipped with a servomotor drive system.
  • KEH 5.2: Offers individually adjustable RPM numbers for welding, deburring, and transport.
  • KEH 7.2: Incorporates a three-phase brake motor drive system.
  • KEH 8: Designed for the production of high-strength chains over long periods.
